These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Olyveco and its associated services operated by Olyveco Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Alberta, Canada. By accessing or using Olyveco, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Olyveco

Olyveco is a knowledge-first membership community for homeowners, real estate professionals, and skilled tradespeople. We provide educational resources, community access, and connection tools. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not provide regulated real estate, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Olyveco. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Membership and Fees

Certain features of Olyveco require a paid membership. Fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate at the start of each billing period. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change membership pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Olyveco for unlawful, harassing, or misleading purposes
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your credentials
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Solicit other members outside of the platform for commercial gain
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant content

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All platform content — including text, design, branding, and code — is owned by Olyveco Group and protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Content you submit to Olyveco (such as community posts or profile information) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Olyveco is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any content or professional listed on the platform. Always seek qualified professional advice for your specific situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olyveco Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on content found here.

8. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end at the close of the current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
