Every professional will be reviewed by a person before they carry the mark. No shortcuts.
The standard varies by tier:
- Olyveco Trusted Partner: 4.3+ average across Google, Houzz, and Yelp or HomeAdvisor
- Olyveco Trusted Principal: 4.5+ across all platforms, annual re-review required

Associate note: Professionals who join Olyvo without an Olyveco membership set up their profile directly on Olyvo. That profile remains on Olyvo only. Olyveco community access, directory listing, and the Verified badge require an Olyveco membership. The upgrade path is available at any time and your existing Olyvo profile information carries across when you do.

Your Olyveco profile is what homeowners see before they decide whether to connect. Photo, biography, service area, specialties, and verified reviews all live here. Your tier badge displays automatically, giving every homeowner an immediate, clear signal of what standard you have been held to.

Receive matched notifications
When a homeowner in your service area and category is a strong match for your profile, you receive a notification email. That email contains enough information to assess the fit — the homeowner’s general situation, property criteria, and neighbourhood. Not their name. Not their contact details. Not their address.
You see enough to decide whether the connection is worth pursuing. No wasted spend on poor fits.
Accept and connect
If the match looks right, accept the introduction — included in your membership. The homeowner’s contact details are revealed, the chat opens in both profiles, and the conversation is saved for future reference.
