When a homeowner in your area and category is a strong match for your profile, you receive a notification with a preview — enough to assess the fit before deciding whether to connect. You do not receive the homeowner’s contact details at this stage. Full details are shared only when you accept the introduction — included in your membership. No wasted spend on poor matches.

Application-only, and chosen carefully, for proven standards and a demonstrated commitment to showing up online. Your first year of membership is free, and your founding rate is then locked for life at your band’s price, while list prices rise around you. Founding status comes with a signed Founding Charter: a complete profile, a visible presence, and genuine contribution to the community. Those commitments are what In Good Standing measures, and holding them is what keeps the founding rate. Founding members also receive recognition as a category leader in their region, and a permanent place in Olyveco’s history as one of the professionals who helped establish the standard.
The programme closes when the platform reaches its density milestone, not on a countdown. Founding status is held rather than owned: if a member stops meeting the Charter commitments the seat reopens, and re-entry is on the same terms as any other membership.

The word “vetted” appears on many platforms. On most of them it means a background check and a credit card. On Olyveco it means something specific.
The standard we are building will independently check their licence status with the relevant regulatory body, their review history across Google, Houzz, Yelp, and HomeAdvisor where applicable, their BBB standing, and any publicly available conduct or complaint records.
For Principal members, that review is designed to repeat annually. Standards do not reset at renewal. They are maintained.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. All Olyveco memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. We believe the platform should earn your renewal every month. Not lock you in and collect regardless.
What is the difference between Olyveco and Olyvo?
Olyveco is the membership community where professionals build their trusted presence, contribute to homeowner education, and receive matched notifications. Olyvo is the private property matching platform where homeowners explore off-market transactions confidentially. Olyveco membership automatically creates your Olyvo profile at your membership tier, and your included connections apply across both platforms. Professionals without an Olyveco membership can list on Olyvo independently as a Associate — listed only, without receiving homeowner connections. Connections are included with Partner and Principal memberships.
Can I contact homeowners directly once I join?
No. And that is intentional. Homeowners on Olyveco have specifically chosen a platform where professionals cannot initiate contact. When a homeowner opens a conversation with you, they have made an active choice to do so. That changes the entire dynamic of the relationship from the first word.
What happens if I don’t meet the standard?
Once the standard is live, an application that does not meet it is declined, with a note on the specific bar that was not met. In most cases, professionals who fall short of a tier’s requirements can apply at a lower tier or reapply after addressing the gap. We are not looking for reasons to exclude qualified professionals. We are looking for reasons to include only those who meet the standard.
How quickly will I see connections and leads?
That depends on your category, your region, and the depth of your profile and contribution. We will not promise a specific volume because we will not say something we cannot guarantee. What we can say is that professionals who build a complete profile, contribute genuinely to the community, and operate in active markets see results. Professionals who set up a profile and wait generally do not.
